Now that you found the land of your dreams, we need to choose what will be best for your budget. Are you going to be purchasing it out right for cash? Or do you want to go with one of our pre-priced terms plans? Maybe you need to create your own financing terms, if so text 205-259-8788 and ask for Annie our sales manager. She is excited to customize our owner financing terms to fit your budget and timeline!
